Michelle Nishide Lucin
Michelle is a South Bay native and co-founder of The Kondo Group (TKG), bringing nearly a decade of top-tier real estate expertise in Los Angeles and the surrounding coastal markets. Specialized in representing both buyers and sellers, Michelle combines in-depth local knowledge, rooted in her upbringing in Torrance and Palos Verdes with a high-touch, luxury service style.
Recognized as a “30 Under 30” rising star by the National Association of Realtors®, Michelle has also served as chapter president of the AREAA LA Coastal chapter, led the PVPAR Young Professionals Network committee, and earned the prestigious “Realtor® of the Year” award from PVPAR. TKG has also been recognized as Wall Street Journal's RealTrends Honoree since 2013 till present. Currently, she serves as the Chapter Advisor for AREAA. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of California, Irvine in International Relations, emphasis in Conflict Management.
