"We bought our first home with Shima in 2017 and just closed on our new home last week. For 8 years after we bought our first home, she sent us such thoughtful little gifts--cards on our home anniversary, at-home movie boxes, treats, and pumpkins for the kids to carve. It's crazy to think someone could be THAT thoughtful and caring. She was so patient and supportive through all my crazy requests...old but not too old, fixer-upper but not gross, small but not too small, quirky, cozy, yard, maybe pool? and on and on. Always gave me honest feedback. Really thought about and cared for what our family wanted/needed, not just the sale. Even when we listed our home, she went above and beyond. She cleaned and baked cookies for open house, and she even picked up our paint cans today because we had left them and we were both working. I don't know when we'll be working with her again because she might have gotten us our forever home, but please reach out to her if you are looking for a home!!"
